India-only delivery

Store v1 ships only to serviceable Indian pincodes. International checkout and delivery are not available.

Dispatch

Stocked items are personally inspected and prepared before dispatch. We aim to hand the parcel to the courier within 3–5 days after verified payment. If an exceptional stock or serviceability issue occurs, we will contact you promptly and offer a resolution or refund.

Delivery and tracking

Dispatch time is not delivery time. Courier transit varies by destination, weather, holidays and local service conditions. Courier and tracking details are shared using the WhatsApp number supplied at checkout.

Address corrections and failed delivery

Contact support immediately if the address is wrong. We cannot guarantee correction after dispatch. If a parcel returns because an address or phone number was incorrect or delivery was repeatedly refused/unavailable, reasonable re-shipping cost may be requested before a second dispatch.

Larger Shivlings

Medium and large Narmada Shivlings require an actual-stone weight and destination quote through WhatsApp. They cannot be purchased through v1 online checkout.
