Mego Consult Refund Policy

Full-refund eligibility

• Your written answer is not delivered within 48 hours of verified payment.
• You cancel before an astrologer is assigned.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

After delivery or assignment

No refund is available after the written answer is delivered. A cancellation after astrologer assignment is not normally refundable because chart analysis may already have begun. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. They commonly arrive within 5–7 business days after initiation, though the payment provider or bank may take longer.
