Each Mego Consult order covers one clearly stated question answered as interpretive Vedic astrology guidance by a professional astrologer. It is not a full kundali report, live call, or open-ended follow-up service.

Scope and delivery

Your written answer will be sent to the email address and WhatsApp number supplied within 48 elapsed hours after verified payment. You must provide accurate birth and contact details. If your exact birth time is unknown, some timing and chart observations may be less precise.

No guaranteed outcomes or professional advice

Astrology is interpretive guidance. Mego and the astrologer do not guarantee events or outcomes. The answer is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, fertility, emergency, or safety advice and must not replace a qualified professional.

One-question limit

Multi-part questions, a full kundali, and additional or follow-up questions require a separate order. A brief clarification of the same question may be considered at Mego’s discretion.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Consult Refund Policy.
